There is not an hour that goes by that we do not witness some type of topic such as this and it does not matter which side of the aisle one stands either.  Humanity has grouped this part of our lives into the world and has redirected its meaning and origins according to sinful standards.  It is used in almost every aspect of our existence except for the truth that it is supposed to be hallowed ground and not some flimsy hit and miss concept.  God deals directly with this subject and how important it is, He also addresses what occurs when this sacred act is violated.  Purity represents God and it is this standard that God expects us to revere when it comes to sexual contact.  As with many other issues in our lives, we have downplayed this intimate act and equalized it as if we are chewing bubble gum.  It is time that we stand up and take back God’s purpose of reproduction on His level for when we do I guarantee that our lives shall be so much stronger.

We have learned ever since Sunday School that Satan is after our lives and that he will stop at nothing to obtain this eternal feat.  This teaching continued in youth services and then in the sanctuaries of the desired church that we attended.  Or, at least we should have been taught these truths about our enemy.  What started out as a small and simplistic warning when we were young should have grown with intensity as we ourselves grew, not only in the physical but in the spiritual as well.  But when one sits in a pew attending most services, it would seem that the truth concerning our enemy has blended in with the congregational walls and is painted as a friend and not as our eternal enemy.  In addition, it is also blatantly obvious that many people in today’s world want nothing to do with God at all and thus do not care to attend church for any reason.  With all of the important issues being discussed today why isn’t the Church standing up for God and His purity, or have we already redefined His purity to satisfy our personal gains?

It is this process of a lackadaisical attitude towards God and the authority He has against our enemy and the fact that we have lightened the mood so-to-speak concerning our enemy that we are now able to see exactly what the consequences are of those false beliefs.  One of the most difficult and violent subjects today has to deal with sex and who/what/where/when/ why it is so important to each life.  No one can deny that this intimate setting has major implications in our lives and that it is one of the more important details that humans partake and one that crushes many when issues become overwhelming and the union divides.  There can be no mistake that this subject is important to us and that means that it is important to God as well, and when God is involved it cannot be ignored that our enemy is also present and has an influential say in this topic also a nervous truth that if understood would ease so many tensions on all levels of our lives.  I know that there are many aspects of this topic that need to be discussed but the specific manner to which we shall be referring to is the origins of reproduction and the basic foundations of what God accepts and what He does not.  Up front, once again, we must remember that once God starts a process He cannot reverse it, Satan can distort it and it is a guarantee that he will and we can choose to deny or accept the truth concerning this matter.

The article “The Definition of We” makes statements about the truth concerning how the relationship between God and mankind was and how important it was that we keep this relationship in tact.  However, as we all know that relationship was severed by our own choices and we must deal with those consequences until we draw our last breath.  But there was a time that we need to remember and that time frame was before sin entered into our lives.  I know it is difficult for us to ponder about not having sin in our life or the process of making mistakes but we need to set the pre-sin era of our existence into focus and to place this state as the standard that we need to aim for again for it is the state of purity that God operates in.  To be more like Christ should be the goal of our heart and in order to do this we must be a true representative of God’s Word for that is the definition of Christ.  The environment that we lived in before sin was present was completely different and since God cannot change His standards we must come to the realization that we need Him again in order for us to live in that previous condition.  God created us in a perfect manner, in perfect conditions, and in a perfect way and it is this pattern that God must follow in all things hence the reason why we have to recognize our sin and change according to His ways, not by any other way.

How is it that we have forgotten the importance of reproduction not only for our survival but also when it comes to the reproduction of other entities that directly affect our lives?  We have overbearingly told people what to plant, where to plant it, and when to plant the necessary items that we need in order to survive.  Then when it becomes harvest time we throw away so much of what can be used for those in need that it places us in a category of gluttony and waste that is appalling to think about.  I understand that measures need to be taken in order for assurances of good production but what a waste of reproductive methods if quality food is destroyed before it has time to provide its nourishment; does this sound like another wicked practice that humans allow?  A comparison that while not close in documentary standards is absolutely identical when reality comes home.

In Genesis 2:16-17 we have God giving Adam the command to not eat of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil which sets the stage for the responsibility of obedience to God by Adam.  The rules of engagement were set in place if you wish to place it on that level.  The seriousness that God meant by this command could not have been confused by Adam for it was a clear and precise statement, thus defining the single obedience setting for mankind.  Genesis 2:18 changes things up a bit and God talks about how man should not be alone and that he should have a helpmate in order to fulfill the happiness of Adam.  The Bible does not say how much time had passed between verses 17 & 18 but one can imagine that some time did pass because God switches gears here and makes a huge statement about Adam and how his life has grown.  This is an observation by God and one that would not develop instantaneously, which warrants time passing.

Genesis 2:18 states the following: “And the Lord God said, It is not good that man should be alone; I will make an help meet for him.”  A very challenging statement from God but one that He had witnessed for some period of time and knew the best for Adam.  Genesis 2:21 picks up this portion of Adam’s life again with the description of God putting Adam into a deep sleep and then taking a rib from his side and forming the woman, another perfect creation from a perfect setting, and in a perfect manner.  The beauty of this procedure has many characteristics which we will get to in the future but as stated above we are focusing on the setting of this Divine creation procedure which defines the process and sacredness of reproduction. 

I must admit that I have never thought about God forming the woman from Adam as a reproductive procedure, but when you think about it, one cannot deny its process as such.  Adam was a man a single individual with no other offspring or companionship present so if a single person (1) is alone and then another (1) is created from this single person you have to add things together and come up with two people now.  I am not a math whiz at all but I do know that 1 + 1 = 2 and if one has produced another then a reproductive process has occurred.  The process of which God formed the woman is remarkable to the human mind for it includes the life giving processes that our body gives to us every day yet when God made the man and the woman their bodies were in a perfect state foreign to sin and any other dangers that might infect them.  Eve did not just show up from the ground for if she did that would have been the identity and the reproductive status that many people in the world today wish to have, a completely separate woman who has control over her own body and reproductive “rights” as she sees fit, in other words, she does not need a man per say in her life to “fulfill” the reproductive status of her ability.  This is an entirely different topic that we will address shortly.

With the timeframe unknown between verses 17-18, it can safely be said that Adam had no other companions around him when God created woman from his side.  This means that there had not been any type of sexual content experienced between Adam and any other being.  This represents a pure state not only in Adam’s creation but in sexual nature when God created Eve and a status that served purely and holy when that union occurred.  The Bible does not give us many clues as to how the sex practices of pure and holy human beings were but one is addressed when God was handing out the consequences of the sinful acts of Adam and Eve.  But the purity of the union between Adam and Eve is what we are focusing on here because it sets into motion an understanding of how God wishes to see intimate relationships begin, grow and flourish.

It is known that God created Adam and then He created the woman from Adam both creations came from a pure and holy existence with no improprieties present.  Also, God did not allow any other males or females into the scene until later which means that it is this type of personal relationship – one on one and male to female – that God designed as the perfect union.  There were no other males or females present to compete or vie for any of the other parties attention and affection.  This means that God intended for us to have one wife if we are a male and one husband if we are a female, this was the case in the Garden of Eden and since God is a consistent God and cannot change His Ways for any reason this pattern of intimate relationship has not changed.  Because we know that God is a pure and righteous Being and cannot change His Ways we can honestly say that if ANY alteration of this male to female status occurs that the change comes from another source and not from God.  Therefore, if mankind changes the ideologies concerning sexual and intimate content between each other there can be no way that God authorized this choice of humans.

God gave Adam and Eve the command to be fruitful and multiply which means that He initiated and established the process of human reproduction through Adam and Eve with no other options involved.  This means that God intends for us to choose our husband and wife for life and to not deviate from that intimate bond for any reason.  Therefore, it is our responsibility to dress and to keep this relationship intact and flourishing at all times without any interference from other parties no matter who is attracted to whom.  There are numerous verses in God’s Word that gives us a good picture of how to love when to love, and for how long to love our spouses and it is through those verses that acquire their foundation from this verse.  When God made Adam and Eve and then gave them that command to multiply, their bodies were still in a perfect and eternal state which means that they did not know death on any level.  It is this same eternal life existence now that God respects when we take a spouse.

It is this truth that the world will disagree with me and violently oppose when I stand up to speak what is true.  The world values choice over truth which is clearly visible in Genesis Chapter 3 and the world shall never deviate from this truth (lie).  Satan’s goal is to destroy your life as quickly and as thoroughly as possible and in order to do this, he will entice you on every level so that he can break you down enough where your hope for life is gone.  The physical and spiritual functioning and the existence of your heart is the prime target for this bombardment for if your heart is turned in anger over life and experiences there will be no way possible that you will be able to focus on God and what He has for your life through His Truth.  There can be no closer intimacy between humans than sex and if this type of relationship is begun on uneven terms then the status of the relationship will be unbalanced and unstable on ALL issues and conditions.

How often do you see some type of sexual innuendo or add come across your eyes during a day?  How many times have your ears heard nasty or deviant words, phrases, or paragraphs heard from the radio, television, or from friends’ mouths?  What about your eyes, have they come into contact with some type of lustful setting today?  I can safely say that those questions can be easily answered because no matter what frame we place our lives into we will be subject to such activity on a second by second basis.  The popular term for such sexual authority is “sex sells” and according to the world that saying cannot be any more accurate.  When a portion of God’s Word is used by the world to satisfy itself you can be assured that Satan is at it again in trying to separate us from God.  Sometimes it is hilarious to hear people talk about certain issues that anyone who has studied the Bible knows that what they are saying is in complete contrast to Holy Scriptures.  Yet, we ignore such sayings and eventually those words from the world dominate the airwaves and our eyes enough that it is the common thread and defended like it was the first amendment to our Constitution.  As the song from the Newsboys states “this is where sin becomes cliché.”

A while back God shared with us that the dirt that we were made from would become our returning point after death reached our lives.  Then, God shared with us that when sin entered into our lives we no longer had the eternal health care plan and it was required that our physical bodies needed others to depend upon for this type of coverage.  Thirdly, God shared with us that through the acts of Genesis 3:6 humans began to believe that they could provide for themselves without the necessities of God covering them.  Now, we have our sexual intimacy in question proving that our enemy is out to control us on every level of our existence and to completely separate our hearts and spirits away from God our Eternal Father.  How can we sit back and allow the lies to freely infiltrate our lives without even stopping for one second to notice what those lies’ contents are?  I understand that there are many decisions that we have to make every day but those decisions will come back to haunt us if we do not place God first in our lives so we can see exactly what is transpiring around us while we are making such decisions.

There is no higher pain than what is caused when an intimate partner is taken from our lives.  We can act tough and hold our pride up high as we speak to others that everything is ok and that we are not hurting about what has just occurred.  When our spouses are taken from us by death it represents the end of a quality of eternity that humanity once understood but when our spouses are taken away by our personal choices that pain will linger onwards because our heart continues to recognize the presence of the other.  It is this type of ripping out of the heart that we did to God when Adam and Eve (humanity) chose to do in the Garden of Eden and while we chose to live a lie God still holds out for a pure and holy bride and that includes for His Son and for you and me.

God wants to provide us with this pure and holy love for our lives for He still wishes for mankind not to be alone.  But as long as we place our focus on self-gratification through lustful intentions our scope of purity, honesty, and pure love shall be skewed.  The world shall tell you that it is okay to live with as many people as one wants before you marry for it will give you an idea if you want to marry that person or not beforehand.  The world shall also tell you that it is ok and shall widely accept and promote your behavior if you embrace homosexuality and lesbianism as a norm and hopeful opportunity.  Hey! The world will even tell you that you were born that way and that it is a genetic pattern of humanity.  A direct lie from the pit of hell!  What the world shall not tell you is that its ruler understands what it means to be pure and that he understands what it means to eternally fall from that purity and the consequences of what that fall entails.  The loss of purity in sexual intimacy and reproduction only leads to complications both spiritually and physically and it is these consequences that produce animosity and vile situations between humans.

When God created man and woman He provided such a pure and holy relationship.  Mankind decided to fall from that mountain top and to seek out the “excitement” from that surrounds us.  It is still God’s intention that our sexual reproduction is pure and holy but as we scan the plains of the world we see that most have succumbed to the tricks of the sexual world.  The importance of restoration comes from God and the pure intentions of our creation that He provided a long time ago and His restoration just does not come on one level or only applies to one or two portions of our lives but God wants every cell in our bodies to be restored to its origins and the only way that shall occur is to return to His Ways and to accept everything about God’s Word as the 100% truth.  Sex and reproduction are wonderful gifts from God but if we do not live under the Covenant of God’s Word even these great gifts shall become curses that will infect our lives and be used against our lives as a means of separation.  Just as God has a plan for restoration of your heart He has established a plan of restoration for your sex life and your reproductive life for we must remember that God established this plan of reproduction while we were perfect in spirit which means that spiritual reproduction should remain just as pure as the physical kind.

First, we need to once again recognize God as being God and the ONLY one Being that has the authority to rule over our lives.  Then we need to give up all control of our lives to Him and His Word for the Bible is His definition and until we realize this truth we will have no hope for restoration.  After this confession, we need to study the Bible and accept its words into our lives, to live them each day and to gain wisdom from its content and then apply it to our lives.  We must recognize our enemy and learn about his ways so that through the daily living of the Bible we can successfully defend our hearts against these attacks.  What God wants us to know is that He sees so much sexual sin present in our societies today and how this type of sin has infiltrated and now flourishes in our lives without any abating concerns present, that if we do not return to Him and allow this complete restoration process occur, we will be sunk and left to wallow in our own muck and mire.  Why do we have to follow in the footsteps of the Prodigal Son?  It is vital that we understand that when God created woman from the rib of Adam it was a sign of Covenant between God and mankind and how protected this union should be considered, with absolutely no perversions added to this original process.  God is NOT talking about the adoption process here at all, but even the world shall pervert this act of God which will be dealt with as well in another article.

The world shall tell you to explore your sexuality and to be with as many partners as one wishes for the statutes of the world deem this type of activity as a quality of equality but in reality, it only can diminish your ability to give yourself completely to another.  God tells us to keep the sexual union holy and pure, accept the truth about what this union of being one with your spouse means then He will bless the union according to His eternal laws.  It is important that we understand that sexual reproduction is a matter and detail that God wants us to keep within His guidelines.  We cannot assume that God will continue to allow one aspect of this holy order to run free and another aspect from the same origin subject to His authority, God is a complete God on all levels of existence even if we have not known or understood them yet.  This is why it is so dangerous when individuals and societies play with the ideas of sexuality outside of the defined confines of the Bible which allows such a prowess of future pain legally enter into our lives and most of the time have no idea why our future relationships are doomed from the beginning.

It is possible for us to restore this equality and perfect union with our spouse but it takes a total commitment and truth about our past to ensure that we can enter into another relationship on level ground.  The first step that we need to take is to proclaim with our heart that God is the only one that can be in control of our lives and that we will turn EVERY aspect of our lives over to Him.  It is through His Covenant (Covering) that seals this restoration process and one that will allow our freedom from the laws of the world to be broken.  Church it is our responsibility to speak out against the sexual lies that the world is preaching to us and to our children.  Just take a look around and see what is ongoing in the lives of our future, it is devastating to watch yet the modern world has made it almost impossible to talk about any truth about the only answer for this problem. 

Turn around Church and allow God to show us again how to witness to these people for they need Jesus in their lives before it is too late.  Here is the final question that we need to ask ourselves about this process and it goes like this.  God created man from a holy and pure state and likewise did the same with Eve, how is it that we try and continue to “reproduce” Christians through selfish and unholy methods?  Because we know that God is a consistent and complete God and if we do not learn how to complete the mission that Jesus told us to complete CORRECTLY, then the eternal reproductive process is all wrong and thus dooming others to the same separation from God that we shall have.  If our relationship vertically is not in the correct order then there is no way our horizontal relationship can be either for it is a complete system with no deviations withstanding.

I have always known that our bodies are composed of elements from the ground and through this composition we are physically defined.  It was not until I entered the upper years of my high school days that I began to be taught about the specifics of this composition and it was not until my adult life that God began to further my knowledge about just what my composition meant.  Many of us have left this detailed information limited to the physical and therefore rely on its components alone but God wants us to not only understand our physical origins He wants us to understand our spiritual one as well.  The Church has dropped the ball on many occasions in this area but God has not given up yet and through this topic, He wishes for us to dig a bit deeper into our lives before it is time for someone else to dig a deep hole for our resting place.

I love it when God brings into light certain details about His Word and how it pertains to our lives and the beautiful part about this knowledge is how God reveals Himself to us at the same time.  It is through these details which bring the Bible to life and provides me, and you, with a sense of importance because I know that what those letters, words, phrases, verses, chapters, and books say were written for my specific understanding about God, who He is, and what He represents to me and if He provides this information to me He definitely has provided the same for you.  Every aspect of my life can be unfolded and read like an open book if I choose to study His Word and apply its messages to my life.  Being a scientist I like to have information and facts all wrapped up together in such a way that supports each bit of information to explain a bigger picture.  The Bible does such a feat and if we apply its content to our lives we will have all the necessary information to survive this crazy world and to thwart any attack from the one enemy that seeks to kill us.

Many people have tried to dispute the Bible based on “dirtly” evidence and have tended to question God’s authority and presence when things go wrong but we should understand that it is not the dirt that God is concerned with but the spirit that He placed within our lives because it is this entity that defines us eternally.  As we study the Bible we shall come across scenes where battles took place, where fires were burned, where life was birthed and then taken and while some of these cities, communities, bones, and other places may hide themselves from us today that does not mean that they did not exist in human history; however, if God intended for our physical dirt to be the most important issue in proving our existence for those in the future don’t you think our physical nature and composition would have been formed a tad different to ensure this notion?  It is this truth of our eternality and our eternal presence that I have contended as and as God does throughout His Word that is of great importance and the one detail that all Christians should be focused on and not just the physical.  Sadly, many Christians portray their beliefs through physical mannerisms and define their salvation on such “dirtly” foundations a grave error that we need to understand will not bring us into relationship with God under His blood Covenant.

A few years ago I had the opportunity to write a little bit about my grandfather on my mother’s side of the family concerning how he understood the fields that he had planted, his recognition of such a time, when to plant, etc.  It is always an honor for me to talk about my family and when God gives me topics to write about and I can include these wonderful people in the messages I count it a greater example of God’s love for my life and to those who have the time to read these words from God.  Granddad was an excellent farmer and spent the majority of his life perfecting the art of farming and as stated before I had the privilege of spending some time with him on the tractor watching him complete the daily activities of harvest time.  The land that he farmed was his and he knew the landscape quite well and even though some of the terrains would change a bit as the years passed, the knowledge of such land increased proportionately in his mind as well.  When something is yours, it is easy to recognize its composition and outline which brings us to the origins of our lives and why God knows us better than anyone else could ever imagine.

It is easy to remember that God created us from the dirt or the earth but our origins go back a tad further and deepen the original status of our lives.  Genesis 1:1 the Bible tells us that “In the beginning God” which means that when our beginnings were ever thought about and then created, God was already present in His place and therefore the only possible source that had complete authority to create anything that would have any valuable meaning.  If a creator of something comes from a flawed stock then that standard can only be produced, God had created the angels way before He created mankind and they were of perfect descent until selfish choices became more important to some of them and obedience to God.  We move down Scripture verses to Genesis 1:10-13 and we see that God has made the earth and dry land which will produce grass, herbs, and trees to bring nourishment for animals and shortly humans.  It is this point where we actually begin our existence for if God had not completed this step before mankind was created, our composition could not have been how it was back then and how it continues to be today.  I also find it fascinating that this portion of creation was completed on the third day, just a thought to consider especially since God is represented in three persons acting as One.

In Genesis 1:24-26, we see the beginning of the creation of the living animals and the humans that God loves so much and it says that each species was made after its own kind which means that each species was similar yet different in composition right down to their DNA makeup.  This pattern continues as God one by one creates the different animals and when He is finished with the groups He sees that everything is good in His eyes; an underlying pattern emerges here that I find quite interesting in that for each day that God creates live animals that the corresponding DNA makeup for each species of that day is similar to each other.  This includes the humans with the land animals because the land animals were created on the same day as humans, which further proves that all of creation could not have just formed from goop or some puddle of happenstance which automatically produced the human as we know them today.  An important detail in verse 26 that we miss many times is that God gives man dominion over everything that God has created.  God did not display a controlling or subjective status over the previous things He allowed mankind to be in control of such precious creations, a mark that many abuse today.

Which brings us to Genesis 2:7 and it is this point where we can definitively state that our physical origin was from dirt and not just some ordinary dirt that was just randomly picked as our living source.  The dirt that God used came from His hand, His mind and from His heart which means that the time that we were formed from this dirt it was still unblemished and while not part of the Garden of Eden was still considered to be in perfect condition.  We must remember something about God and that is He can have nothing to do with sin or disobedience on EITHER side of the issue.  This means He cannot be disobedient to what He has already established even before the world was created this statement has to be upheld at all times for if it is not then God cannot be God.  Therefore, God could have only created our existence and the other creatures of the earth from what He created for if He did not then Satan could have legal rights and claims to stolen property or faulty living status that did not originate from God.

The Bible goes on to say that before humanity and the animals were created, God created water for a mist was present in the Garden of Eden as the provider of water necessary for the creations to exist.  We all know that our bodies and the bodies of the animals and plants all need water and are made up of water at the same time.  This cannot and is not a coincidence for if God used one part of His perfect establishment for our Creation then when He completed this existence of ours all of the ingredients had to be present in order for our lives to line up according to what was present, in other words, God had to have made things before He made us in order for us to have that component within our bodies.  It is this part of our bodily history and composition that overwhelms my mind for it is hard for me to imagine a created being such as I being formed from unique and special molecules that form a solid configuration on a repetitive scale.

It is this point which further defines our existence as God’s children and our eternal Father because not only did God create us from the dirt which itself just lays there and does nothing until disturbed but also He formed us from a specific creation as well.  If God had not established the ground first there could not have been any proof whatsoever that we came from the ground, thus proving that the Bible is a lie.  But not only did God create the dirt and dry land before humans He was the source of “life” to the ground and the Creator of our lives as well, in the specific order that is necessary to complete such a feat.  God is a complete God and One who must follow a specific pattern on a continual and holy order.  It is this truth that God is the only Being that could provide an escape to the choice of sin that humans took back in the Garden of Eden.  If God was not the perfect Creator then He would not have any authority to offer a way for us to choose to turn back to His Ways and to be redeemed into His identity of eternity.  I ask you to refresh your memory concerning this topic from a message that God gave to us a few weeks back entitled “Definition of We” for it serves as the foundation for this article’s content and further expands the truth about our Creation and how we really were one with God at one time in our existence.

As we have been taught in this message, we see that our lives are created from a perfect setting that was already created before we came into being.  All of the ingredients for our composition were in place before God formed us even the spirit which He breathed into our lives was present before we were another example of how God is the ultimate Creator and thinker and an eternal Father who has provided everything that we need to survive.  In the manner that God created us He put in an escape plan if we had the notion to choose to disobey His Word and through the Bible, we see that humanity did just that.  When Adam and Eve allowed sin into their lives their eyes were opened and they knew that their physical bodies were naked, they took it upon themselves to make garments to clothe their bodies.  This process alone provides the perfect example that two humans that have sin in their bodies cannot provide the necessary coverage to form anything eternal enough to warrant not having God as the overall judge of the situation.

From the moment that Genesis 3:6 occurred and was completed our dirt changed and we were automatically charged back to the original condition that we were created.  What a disgrace from how we were Created but because we chose the ways of sin and disobedience.  Through this choice of ours, we must remember that we all are born into sin which means that the law of sin is just as consistent as God’s consistency is and can never change.  Only God’s eternal Covenant and covering can allow us to pass by God’s eyes in true holiness again.

We see at the end of Genesis Chapter 3, that God shows Adam and Eve the proper way for an eternal covering to occur and WHO is authorized to serve as the judge of such actions.  Once again God leaves no stone, or in this case spec of dirt, unturned for His Way was shown to Adam and Eve as the only way and since God cannot change in any way, gives us the perfect example that God’s Way is still the only way to eternal life.  How can we as the Church or any other representative of God claim any other truth than the first three chapters of Genesis?  We were created in such a manner to be the absolute example of God’s creative thinking and construction of life, to be the one being that represented the complete advancement of His Kingdom.  We have simply blown it and have fallen off to the side of the road because our eyes have strayed from our true Leader. 

God is calling His children back to Him for He understands that time is running short as we take more and more steps away from Him.  Church, we need to be the Light that God created in Genesis 1:3 and to be the reason of representation of what that Light does to the darkness around us.  Through our created dirt may our eternal Light shine to those that need to see where they are going.  For if we become the true Light that God wants us to be then we will allow others to be able to grow in God’s Creation just as the Garden of Eden did before things run amuck.  When we do what Jesus commanded us to do we are being that Light and using the eternal source of salvation to brighten the way for so many who need it.

The goal for everyone is to have a good life and then after death arrives live in peace and harmony in heaven.  While some people refuse to acknowledge this eternal goal many chose to opt for an alternative idea and plan that focuses either on their works or some other human’s ideas to obtain such heavenly status.  On the other hand, while trying their best to find the road to heaven many shall reject the only way that one can achieve this eternal status and that is by following God’s Ways as He has recorded them in His Word.  The testimony of eternal life is laid out right from the beginning of the Bible yet we tend to overlook this truth and focus on the setting instead and mimic it instead of learning from it.  God is calling for us to take a closer look at His Word so that we may know how to have abundant life for eternity.

I am still amazed that after 480 articles that God has given me to write I still cannot get out of Genesis Chapters 1-3.  What is, even more, mind blowing is that with all of the information that God has given us through these three chapters, we have barely scratched the surface of exactly what these three chapters mean to our lives.  I look forward in learning more as the days and weeks pass and I am even more excited to learn more about God and how He wants us to understand Him and His Word.  The words cannot say enough about what God has to say to us today, but it is a topic that is on many hearts and one that will help us focus on the truth and how to defend the truth when it becomes questioned.  It is also hard for me to believe that the answer to so many questions about different religions is answered in one single verse in the book of Genesis.  Many times I feel so ashamed for not having my spiritual ears cleaned out enough in order for me to understand what God has written for our lives sooner.  May God forgive me for I am a wretched worm that does not deserve to even gaze on His Word from a distance much less allow it to live within my heart.

Over and over God has shown us that He is a consistent God and that He alone can provide the necessary covering for His people.  The entire Bible is filled with verses and passages that demonstrate this truth but for some reason, we tend to ignore this Written Word and go about doing things our own way.  I could give several examples of what God wants us to understand in this article but as my mind was thinking about the words to this message God stopped me with a single verse in Genesis Chapter 3 and through the remainder of His consistency He showed me that once a process is written and set into motion it cannot change especially when the origins of the covering began from a holy and pure state.  While the single verse will be the focal point we have to use a few “refresher” verses in case we have fallen into the amnesia category about God and His characteristics.  And through this simple verse, we shall find that all man-made religions are lies from Satan and that we should stay clear of such beliefs or we could fall into a divided state from God that would last for eternity.

One of the most dangerous and more frightening issues that the democratic world is facing today is Islam and the influence it has on many cultures around the world.  Islam has taken hold of billions of people who believe that this religion provides the true answer to the world and the issues that we face yet are sucked into a slave-like life far greater than what humanity has ever witnessed before.  Buddhism promises peace, tranquility, and harmony through the physical and mystical realm of our existence.  I could name hundreds of more religions that mankind has made up in order to seek inner peace and servitude beyond the physical realm but even if these ideas prove to be superficially sound they cannot withstand the truth of the spirit that wishes for its Creator.  It is also hard to believe that a single verse in the beginning of the Bible addresses such fallacies but at the same time it is a verse that has been preached and taught countless times before.

God is including all of mankind in this article as the subject of why man-made things fall short of serving as eternal and may provide the belief that physical and sinful grounded works can serve as foundational entering pieces.  One of the terms that man-made religions are labeled as are cults and those who follow such cults are grouped within the walls of such beliefs.  God also includes both male and female in this man-made category and does not throw partiality onto just one gender for God created both male and female and through this creation, all humanity rages with sinful artifacts.  In layman's terms, we are all in this together and we have no escape but by the Grace of God and His Covenant that we need to live under at all times.

In Genesis Chapter 1 & 2 we find that God has made a beautiful planet in which all of creation existed in a form of purity and holiness that each created being had its place within its own environment.  Humanity was brilliantly created from nothing and formed into a magnificent house that God entrusted to him His eternal spirit.  To further God’s eternal slap in the face of His enemy, God set into motion this human with one command to keep to show Satan that he and she would choose God and obey His Ways.  Furthermore, God purposefully made the human race with a built in salvation mechanism in the way that He created them, physical first and then spiritual thus providing another chance of salvation if they chose to disobey.  It is at this point in our history that we come to as the focal point of this message.

When Genesis Chapter 3 comes into view, one cannot pass over these verses and wonder exactly what had changed for it seems that the tranquility of Chapter 2 was gone and that some amount of time had passed because the words that open this portion of Genesis present a different picture.  A relationship other than the one that Adam and Eve had with God is present and it does not involve God in any way.  In fact, the third party is questioning God’s Ways and influencing Adam and Eve in a manner that seems seductive.  The setting comes to a head in verse 6 of chapter 3 when the serpent convinces Eve then Adam to eat of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, the one tree that God told them not to eat from.  It was a collective agreement between all of the parties for as we see towards the end of this chapter all parties involved were summoned and then judgment came to each according to their participation.

Genesis 3:7 is the focal verse of this message and it defines why anything man made cannot be used as an eternal protective covering or the way back to God.  Genesis 3:7 states as follows: “And the eyes of them were both opened, and they knew that they were naked, and they sewed fig leaves together and made themselves aprons.”  Up until this verse, Adam and Eve had everything provided for their survival by and from God.  They did not need anything from their own hands to live for they had been provided all necessities by and from God.  While these necessities needed to be dressed and kept in order they still did not have to even water the Garden for God had provided His own sprinkler system for their entire dominion.  There is not a shred of evidence that Adam or Eve had to provide anything for their existence BEFORE this verse of Genesis 3:7 and it is through this verse alone that sets into motion a human (sinful) law that changes the entire scope of humanity.  It is through the events of this single verse that provides us with a view of how the difference is when God is protecting us and when humans go it on their own.  It is also this single verse where God puts His plan of restoration into motion.

How does making themselves aprons to cover their loins be tied with religions you ask?  I am glad you did because it all plays into the design of God’s Laws and how they operate.  As the previous paragraph explained Adam and Eve had no reason to create anything for themselves, the only law or command that they had to do was to keep and dress the Garden of Eden and do not eat of the one tree in the center of the Garden.  That was it!  This means that everything that was provided for them came from God which means that it was in a holy, pure, and eternal state which did not need to be added.  Now you know why God says not to add to His Word and why the severity of disobedience is compared to witchcraft; yes, rebellion is the ultimate form of disobedience.  What did Adam and Eve do next after their covering had been finished?  They hid from God, why?  The realization of what had transpired totally blew their minds and they had no idea how to make things right again, plus they knew the authority of God and how “Omni” He is and they could not get around the fact that He already knew what had transpired.  So, instinctively they tried to cover themselves with fig leaves.  Fig leaves…..ever wonder about the connection of this story in Genesis to that of where Jesus curses the fig tree?

The command that God gave Adam and Eve concerning the eating from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil had a consequence and that consequence was death.  Again, up until this moment, death was not recognized by Adam and Eve and while they had been told about it by God they had no personal experience with it.  This verse states that both of them made aprons to fit over their loins, not just Eve and not just Adam but both accomplished this task.  Their perfect state of living had instantly come to a screeching halt and their lives were changed just as fast and they went from an eternal law of protection into a law of death and it was this change that now defined humanity as its own sinful life.  No longer were their bodies perfect and hidden from the iniquities that were already around them for they had chosen those iniquities instead and now inhabited them.  Every act that they did from that eye opening moment forward was down in a completely different setting and under an eternally wide different kingdom and protection.  It is this verse that separated God and mankind and places mankind into a separate category when it comes to deeds.  No longer were Adam and Eve subject to a holy, pure and eternal protection but one that consisted of their own making.  This is the key to why no human can ever establish or create a religion that would be suitable as an eternal way to God. 

I have studied some of the Gnostic groups that were present in the early days of Christianity and while some of their arguments are sensible none of them line up with this truth about humanity that we read about in Genesis 3:7.  This single verse destroys any foundational lies about Christ and those who believe He is not the son of God and that He was born into human form with Joseph serving as a step father and NOT His eternal Father.  The manner in which Jesus was Created by God serves as the ONLY way that our eternal covering could once again be placed over our heads when we present ourselves to God.  I am not going to be dealing with this specific topic as of yet but I cannot stress the importance of this single verse in Genesis and the direct connection it has to Jesus and how He was Created.  Ever since we chose the law of humanity and disobedience, our lives changed and changed enough where we can never return to the perfect state that Adam and Eve once lived.  No matter what subject mankind can talk about they (we) cannot establish a perfect bond between holy molecules which means that no female or male can create a religion that brings us in true relationship with God.  Through Genesis 3:7 the only way that we can have such an eternal covering again is if holy blood is sacrificed and since the children of Israel failed to fully understand this truth by their sacrificial routines Jesus was and is the only way that this truth can be administered and ministered to God’s children.

Therefore, when the news casters, professors, book writers, theologians, and pastors tell you that God and Allah are the same and that we speak to them as one entity you can honestly proclaim IT IS A LIE FROM HELL AND YOU RUN FROM IT RUBUKING IT AS YOU GO.  You do not turn your back on it as you walk away, but you look it square in the eye for if that spirit comes after your movement you stop and take authority over it immediately.  Islam was created by a man named Ab al-Qsim Muhammad ibn Abd ibn Abd al-Mualib ibn Hshim, who in turn was created by two other human beings which means that if he proclaims ANYTHING contrary to the Word of God he is a liar and he has fallen for the lie that Satan has fed him.  Through the identical tactics that Satan used with Eve and Adam he is using to influence these people in believing that the falsities and lies of a human/human creation who claims that his words are from God cannot be anything but from our enemy.

I do not apologize for this next statement either but we must understand that ANY religion that bases itself on another “word of God” is a lie and this includes all religions whether they are civil in status or not.  Any religious statement that is displayed from a mouth of a human which does not line up with the ONLY Word of God is a lie and a measure of deceit that needs to be taken from our memory banks and burned by God’s eternal flame.  This is not a time to entertain the enemy and his lies nor is it a time to wane ourselves from the Bible but one of continuous study so that we can combat the enemy’s tricks against everyone who is seeking God.  I chose to call out Islam in this article but there are many other religious beliefs out there that are filling the minds and hearts of good people with lies that will send them to hell for eternity.  These lies need to be called out and identified publicly so that whoever wants to know the truth will have the opportunity to understand what is occurring around them.  Yes, we can include denominations in this category for if they proclaim something different than the Word of God the gospel they are protruding is NOT the Word of God.

We cannot afford to forget that God is a consistent God and a God who is perfect and eternal in all of His Ways.  It is by His Word alone that we live and it is by His Word that we are to be guided and if we place His Word in our hearts and live His Word at all times we shall have the wisdom to overcome all tragedies in life and to help those who are in need and provide them with the truth that will change their lives forever.  God loves us so much that He provided a unique way of restoration that only He could do.  Church it is our job to make sure that we understand that there is a bunch of work remaining and that we have no time to sit in our pews and wait for the end to come.  God needs us to promote this truth and His Word to the dying world for if we do not then we are sitting around and hurriedly stitching our fig leaf aprons before God calls for our accountability.  The first recorded death in the Bible is not from a man or woman but from n animal that God provided as a covering for Adam and Eve as they were escorted out of the Garden of Eden.  That should say a lot about just how serious God is about eternity and how important it is that we get it together now and think again about our eternal Covenant status with God.

Not many people would argue that home should be the focal point of everyone’s life, but sometimes life complicates this beautiful picture.  There is no safer place than inside our own house and this is the position that all of us should understand and recognize at all times.  However, if we do not protect our home or leave it will our own selfish intentions we can find this setting in a deteriorated condition and therefore not the desired anchor of reliance that we once knew.  We need to look at our lives and see what we consider home and see what kind of shape our home is in for if our anchor is not sturdy enough to provide such stability there is no way that we can be secure in the paths that we endure.  God is calling us to restore our homes and base our lives on His Foundation all the while turning away from this world.

My parents have been on numerous ministerial trips throughout this nation and around the world.  Some of these places have been exotic in nature but many of them have been in rough and dire conditions that many would not endure.  But each trip that they have taken has been with one goal in mind and that is to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the world that needs Him and to teach those who follow Christ in these lands enable their capability to do what Christ has commanded us after they (mom and dad) have returned home.  Some of these mission trips have varied from a few days to over a month long and while some of the physical conditions have been interesting, to say the least, their overall love for the ministry of God overwhelms these minor circumstances without measure.

As I have sat at their dinner table, their living room, or in the sanctuary of the church I have heard great things that occurred to the people of the lands that mom and dad have visited but at the end of every adventure they have taken together or individually, both of them have stated that it was good to be home back in the United States.  When you are protested, shot at, and a direct witness to a revolutionary takeover of the government try, it does seem quite real when your feet are planted squarely on home soil again.  It was not until I traveled with my father that I finally understood this phrase and how it is important to keep this phrase close in your heart and the meaning of it when it comes to your mind.  The one incident that sticks out in my mind is when I was in Africa and was the last one in our group to pass through their security station.  Right after the officer’s desk is a sharp turn to the left and once you have checked out with the officer you cannot stay around, hence I was the only one left.  After a few garbled exchanges, they realized I had no bribe money and sent me on my way, unharmed but frazzled a bit.  It was then that this phrase ran through my mind and stuck in my mind until my feet hit the ground in the USA some hours later.

Mom and dad want to take one more trip to Ghana before they believe they are too old to endure the circumstances of travel.  I have never discouraged them to abandoned their plans for if God tells a person to do something then we must do it or the conditions that might be allowed in our lives for disobedience may be far greater than the issues of the job He said to do.  Anyway, both want to dedicate a church that God’s nonprofit organization that He gave to dad sponsored and to see the people of that great land once again.  The people and their love for Jesus and their desire to spread the Word of God to those who do not know Him are incredible and it revives your spirit when witnessed, a state which all of us should understand before we leave this earth.  But knowing that this futuristic trip may be their last it would seem a bit difficult to carry out, but when it occurs I know that while their hearts will be happy and content with God’s presence in Africa it will once again provide an opportunity for that phrase about being home to echo in their minds, but the question will be, will it be great to return to a place where God is not welcome any longer and to a land where selfish gains and lusts rule the day instead of the God of Creation which established this great nation in the beginning?  This is a question that many cannot see for we have engrossed our lives into this muck and now see it as a place of residence instead of fulfillment of an eternal light to the world.

Through the eyes of many, there is nothing wrong with the example that this nation is setting and thus sending to other nations around the world.  However, we cannot ignore the fact that what we are portraying goes against the very foundations of why this nation was established and the eternal examples that were meant to be followed.  It is impossible for us to have and to provide anyone with stability if we do not adhere to the standards that we were created, established, and groomed for and to protract any other example can only result in utter failure and sure judgment from our Creator.  Sadly, many of the people who call themselves Christians fall into the category that has contributed to the mess that this nation now resides and along with everyone else who clings to the worldly institutions as truth has sunk into our own muck.  It is this picture that we are presenting that stinks and should awaken our hearts to offer a true change so that we can once again state that it is good to be home, but before any of this is possible, we must first recognize that our home shall never be the same as it was unless we return to God and His Ways.

Yes, the Bible does talk about home and how it should be kept and groomed.  God never wanted our lives to be brought up within broken homes and homes that are not filled with continual and eternal love.  But our concept of home was skewed when Adam and Eve decided (chose) to go about things their own way and change the course of natural living for a selfish immediate gain which turned out to be an eternal circus of inequality and servitude of one who is not our Creator.  Humanity’s original home was perfect and established in such a manner that as long as we obeyed the single order God He wanted to be completed, all would be fine.  God never intended for anyone to leave their homes in a harmful manner or as a punishment for one’s wrong doings.  Yes, man is to leave his home with his wife for an eternal marriage of unity that was all and still live within the confines of God's protection.  All of this changed when humans chose to overrule or believe we could overrule God’s Ways and be forced to move from our eternal and original settings.  Adam and Eve had become lax in their beliefs about their home and instead of placing God continually first allowed other detail to rule their choices and therefore, their dominion was breached and thus destroyed.

Adam and Eve eternally found out that it is not easy to put off issues that would have consequences surrounding their dominion.  Genesis Chapters 1-3 detail this truth about our origins and the home that God gave Adam and Eve to keep to His standards.  If we take a close look at the concentrations of our homes today it is clear that we do not have any control over them and that our enemy has totally infiltrated them and has stolen the very essence of our lives from us.  Yet, we revel in our ability to hurt others by finding new partners and living arrangements without understanding exactly what is going on through these acts.  These do not heal our wounds but inflicts further divisions and separations from others due to the ties that we have forged before our “new” life has begun.  This is not a fixed institution but a continued divided and broken dominion, a lie that so many people around the world live.  If our home is not in perfect standing with God we can no longer hope for peace or restoration of ANY kind on ANY level.  When God commanded humans to keep up their dominion He was talking as a single unit, a unit that functions as one and works together on all things through the inhabitance of God’s Ways.

There can be no question that the events that took place that day in the Garden of Eden must have seemed overwhelming to Adam and Eve.  But as Genesis 3:21 explains, God provided a way for them to have restoration in His eyes and showed them exactly what needed to be done to have this restoration.  One cannot look at the condition of our nations today and not see how the irresponsible governments and people have become.  We are more concerned with our petty differences and pork belly legislative sessions than providing for the needs of the citizens we represent.  YES, this pertains to the Church as well for we have fallen for the same lie that we should have recognized a long time ago as such.  It is more popular to argue our point instead of agreeing on the truth that confronts us and it is having a direct effect on every single heart that walks this earth.  It is that important because God established this nation to be a leader and a beacon to the world and not to just our front yard.  If anyone accepts divorce and dissolution as a norm and way of life you can do nothing but provide a death sentence for your family all the way up to your nation.  So, when God says “enough” do not jump around and cry out in disbelief at what your eyes shall see, for it was the only choice that an eternal Covenant God could respond.

Our hearts are so blackened with sin that we could not even differentiate the difference between a natural act of the world versus a direct sovereign realignment from God.  This explains why Satan wanted to split the unity of Adam and Eve while they were in the Garden of Eden and since Adam and Eve were humans, created in the same way as you and I, it means that it is STILL his #1 goal is to divide humanity on all levels of deception no matter how much it takes to complete this goal.  By eternal definition of God and how He Created us, God is our home and we cannot and shall not ever have a firm foundational home again unless we return to God.  God is our home both in the physical and spiritual aspects of our lives and until we allow God to realign our lives and place Him first in our lives we shall never live in harmony and peace again.  A political party and its ideologies shall not provide the peace and the answers that we need, only through God shall we see a return of the quality of life that we once knew.

We have turned away enough on our personal lives that we no longer recognize our home as being the foundation of our lives.  As long as we fail to understand this defining core about our lives there will be no way that we can ever sustain the daily functions that we have been tasked.  We will sit, cry, and scream out for peace and happiness but find nothing of the sort because we refuse to climb up into the arms of the One being that can restore our physical and spiritual homes.  It is built in our nature to work for what we wish to defend and we were created in such a manner that we shall not be happy until we work on our homes but if we ignore the foundation and allow the storms and conditions around us control our work we shall never understand what it means to live in harmony and eternity.  Church, proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ to a dying world or we all shall be held accountable when our homes and land are destroyed due to the lack of obedience that we know is true.  Being a slave in your own home is your own fault and the definition of how one is not designed to live.  God never intended for us to live in such muck and bondage, allow Him to free us and return us to our home.

I wish everyone would take seriously the words that we use and understand why they were developed for many times it could make our lives so much easier.  The word subtle is one of those words which fall into a category that should serve as a warning and one that when referred to should not be taken lightly.  We are not built to live in such a manner so why would we as humans accept such vile discrepancies and why is it so easy to be misled by those who display such sneakiness.  Nothing about our creation suggests that we should operate in such manner, and according to our Creator we should be very wary and constantly on the lookout for such entities.  It seems like each day the fool’s gold issues are brought to our attention yet we continue to seek refuge in the fool and not the true Creator.  God is calling His children to turn their lives around and to once again call on His name as their leader before a more drastic setting comes over us.

We must begin by handing out the true definition of the word subtle and it goes as follows:  “(especially of a change or distinction) so delicate or precise as to be difficult to analyze or describe, delicately complex and understood, making use of clever and indirect methods to achieve something.”  How much more warning would anyone need if some being was described in such a manner?  Yet, we still like to believe that our finite minds and ambitions can outwit the slyest fox, a mistake that many are currently undertaking with our eternal enemy.  All of us have fallen for Satan’s lies and when the truth is known to our hearts, we best take notice and heed the warnings of the direct and foremost information we have been given to combat this tactic of his.  The word subtle comes from the Latin word “subtilis” which means fine or delicate and with this meaning should be taken seriously and adhered to its composition at all times.  This means that whoever is trying to get someone else to follow them, to agree with them, or buy what they are selling is using special methods of trickery in order to complete their pitch.  When we encounter such terrorists we need to understand the truth well enough to know how to combat them and turn them back.

One of the great episodes in human history occurred back on 1 September 1939 when Germany invaded the country of Poland which became the final spark that began World War 2.  It was not all cut and dry as the Germans portrayed this act of theirs for they had produced a rouse and tried to fool the world with a sly trick saying that Poland actually started the war by taking over a radio station located on the border of the two countries.  Before the actual shooting began, Germany had taken many steps to ensure their borders would withstand any adverse attacks coming from surrounding nations if they provoked war, using this tactic as a means of hiding their true intentions.  This process took some time to complete, with false accusations, false commitments with surrounding lands, and other downright out lies about the true intentions of Germany’s leaders Adolf Hitler.  The way in which this man slithered into the world’s leadership was magnificent and brilliantly designed, disguised, and executed and what is so amazing is that people back in the Bible days, during the WWII era, and today still have not figured out the exact reasons why this Bavarian Corporal, or any other being to operate in such subtlety, was allowed to rise high enough to control a global incident that cost millions of lives.  It is the same subtle setting and guise that controls us today and without understanding this origin, nature, and reasoning we shall once again witness an enormous disaster that humanity will be at a loss for words about when it strikes.  This is how an enemy works and if allowed to run unabated will accomplish their goals without supplication.

How is it possible for us to be warned about such a subtle being and yet ignore the implications of the acceptance of this being’s likenesses?  How mighty have we become within our own parameters that we deem his presence warranted and to some sacred?  These are questions that we really do not care to answer for it would mean diving into the Word of God and find out for ourselves that our beliefs through selfish and finite ways really do present hindrances that reach far beyond our physical scope of life.  It would also mean that we would have to admit on all levels that God was right all along and that our methods of living were totally irresponsible according to the eternal truth and not our relative and interpretive truth.  God placed the description of Satan in His Word for a reason and that reason was for our protection against the enemy (Satan, NOT God) when he decides to attack.

When you study the Bible we find that the ways that Satan operates are of a consistent nature, one that brings into light a principle of God’s Word but with a twist that perverts the Word instead of fulfilling the Word.  When we look around at all of the terms, phrases, settings, etc of today we can find that all of them have something to do with God and the Laws that He has set into motion for our protection.  Yet, the world shall rule its authority over us and slice the Word of God to shreds (our lives) if we do not understand what is going on around us.  God has one directive for our lives and that is eternal life and the job of our enemy is to make sure that we do not spend eternity with God but to spiritually and physically align ourselves with the world.  This battle for our eternity is immense and so fierce that there are spiritual battles being fought for our existence constantly, many to which we have no clue about.  Satan shall never scream out or cry into your life loudly in order to grab your attention, he is sly, quiet and most of all subtle in his ways a luring being that loves to entice his prey into seceding from the eternal truth.  We must never forget that being subtle is a choice and it is the choice of our enemy, not our friend that is luring us into his eternal damnation with this tactic.  A ½ friend or a ½ truth is a lie no matter how you look or reason it out.

It is not surprising that the people in the world today do not want a true leader but one that will conform to the ways of other nations.  This type of government reviles truth and leadership on a standalone basis and would rather bring to the table a conglomeration and mixture of ideas instead of having a clear directive at hand.  There is nothing wrong with having options to choose from or to grab ideas with but when those ideas restrict true leadership and its defining role in our lives nothing but trouble can result if taken.  The people of the world do not fear a strong leader they despise one, for that leader would bring about a method contrary to the free lifestyle with no boundaries or borders and one that demands acceptance without questioning.  While this may seem like a life worth living, the answer it provocatively produces the sinister subtleness of the one that is followed and believed.  God knew this pattern from our enemy and that is why He gave us a significant amount of detail for our hearts to desire to understand.

Over the decades that I have been granted to walk this earth I have come to the realization that the Church has become oblivious to the fact of this truth about what God says about Satan and how he operates.  Regretfully I must admit that some of these years I either participated in this type of approval of Satan’s subtleness or flat out did not care about my relationship with God at all.  Do you even understand that God directly refers to this characteristic of Satan in His Word?  It is this subtlety that Satan uses in order for us to not study the Bible but for us to skim over it, or to redefine its content according to our personal feelings in order for us to separate ourselves from God and the eternal truth that He has put forth in His Word.  Study the content of the Bible and do not use any type of biased approaches while performing such study.  This process takes time for the amount of information that is contained in just one simple verse is overwhelming and cannot be completely understood in one study session.  This example of God’s Word does not represent any subtlety in any shape or form but requires in depth knowledge in order to understand what His Word represents and why it was written for our lives.  God has never been shy or One to avoid a fight but while He stands up for His Creation He does not warrant vileness or hatred in any manner but calms the setting and then reaches the hearts of His children through His eternal truth a process that all of us need to practice in a continual manner. 

From the ages of Creation and even before human existence God has always been forthcoming with His Word and His Ways.  God has made Himself very clear, very simple, and very true with every aspect and truth He has tried to convey to humanity.  The world now contends that equality is the best way to handle issues that affect and infect our lives both individual and national.  How can we operate in this seriousness if we cannot even accept how much the price of gas should be or why we even have to use gasoline in the first place?  We cannot figure out that our confusion and division comes from Satan and that until we understand that God’s Word and all of the intricate details of His Guidelines within His Word are for our defense of Satan, we shall be like targets in a shooting gallery for we will feel the ping of the BB, turn and then feel it again and will have no choice but to continue this pattern until something changes.  This change only comes with the knowledge of the Bible and it means on all levels, not just selfish planes.

Having an enemy that is subtle is very dangerous, and while we continually produce documentary after documentary about how past national dictators have come into power, ruthlessly ruled, and have their destructive mannerisms identified and fulfilled and not fix these patterns we shall fall for such conditions in our future.  Many leaders of the world warned France, Britain, and Russia of the impending doom they would see if they continued to allow Hitler to run wild across Europe.  God warned Adam and Eve while they were still in the Garden AND in a perfect state of Creation about the enemy that wanted to harm them.  In both cases, the people that were told did not listen and chose to do things on their own and in both cases tragedy and eternal settings proved to be disastrous.  In both cases, the powers to be did not see what was really going on around them and ignored the truth.  Also, in both cases, it was not until the enemy had already taken control of the people stalked that ideologies had to be changed in order to survive.  Once a subtle being is recognized it can automatically be taken as a fact that something is not right just by the way they are approaching.  Call them out when recognized and then leave them alone.

Tragedy struck when Hitler began his conquest of the world along with his allies.  A greater tragedy occurred when Satan got a hold of our physical lives and through the gift of choice subdued God’s perfect Creations into a lonely and death marked place of living.  After these acts of control had been established there have been countless numbers of people die in their sins and go to an eternal separation from their Creator.  Hitler’s actions of murder were bad enough and claimed tens of millions of individuals overall why do we have to exacerbate the subtleness on an eternal level as well?  Here is something to consider and when thinking about this let it sink in really hard for it is a devastating truth and one that provides a clue of just what Satan thinks about you.  When your life and every other life dies and does not know Jesus as their Savior, as soon as you take your last breath he will begin to have a deep belly laugh at your existence because he knows that you shall never have another opportunity to repent and to live for God.

Having a subtle enemy is the prime reason why we cannot treat him with any other method than with the facts of God and His Word, and is why it is vital that we know the Word of God like the back of our hand and then even deeper than that.  It is true that God’s Word is not subtle and yet it contains so much information that it can become overwhelming at times.  It is for this reason – of knowledge – that we need to study God’s Word every day with a pure and clean heart and not one who is trying to find reasons to abandon God and the ways that He has set forth.  The people who believed Hitler would not invade their lands did not realize exactly what was about to occur to their lives and Adam and Eve did not understand what would transpire to them either when they chose not to listen to God.  In both instances, no second chances were allowed and the consequences of both settings were permanent.  God has contended all through His Word that His Ways are in place for an eternal purpose and for our eternal protection.  It is our responsibility to understand that His Laws are there for this protection and not as a limitation.

So, why is the Church effectively following along with the world and its leader?  Why are portions of Christ’s body taking the road to shouting the truth in a hateful manner as a reactionary force?  Why is the Church not concerned with the eternal salvation of others yet make concessions for those who sin and condemn those who teach the truth?  All of these questions can be answered with one answer and that answer is because we have allowed our fundamental lines of existence be skewed and blurred long enough that first of all cannot see the subtleness of our enemy and secondly have accepted these subtle lies as truth because of the first portion of the answer.  Jesus never once shouted at a person who did not know God, the only ones He shouted at were the ones that supposedly knew God and represented His Ways on earth.  We cannot afford to be subtle about ANY portion of the Word of God because if we do we are saying that we accept our enemy as lord and not God the Father and His Son as Lord of our lives.  Believe me, folks, we really do not want God to shout anything.

Church, it is time we dive back into the Word of God and live through its words instead of skimming over them and then using them as a crutch when things go wrong.  If we do not study the Bible and all of its content we will fall for the same lies that Adam and Eve did so long ago, but this time when our physical life is over and we do not know God it really will be eternally over.  I do not care what you believe or think about me for it is not me who you will have to stand before one day.  I am simply, boldly, and directly telling you what God has told me to say to you and to your heart.  YOU ARE NOT RIGHT WITH GOD AND HE WANTS YOU TO REPENT BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE.  He wants to clean your heart and make it perfect and blameless once again in His eyes.  He wants you under His Son’s blood.  It grieves God’s heart that not everyone understands or has heard this truth and it is our responsibility to tell the dying world about God and His plan of salvation.  Let’s throw off the mask of lies and put on the full armor of God so that we may go into the world and boldly proclaim the eternal Truth.

Fulfilling the Law

This topic of Theology is one that has been debated, talked about, and argued over for as long as I can remember and to this day there are still separating issues that divide God’s children.  This divisionary tactic by Satan has been effective in hurting many people and keeping even further amounts of people away from God and the truth about their lives.  What is so amazing is that while we have stared at the Bible for centuries we have yet been able to admonish the truth about this specific issue.  Why?  The answers to this question are contained in the Bible, in Genesis to be more exact.  It is time for us to place petty divisions behind us, accept God’s Word as the eternal Word of God and the source of which we have our origin, life, and eternal destination for when we accept this truth we can share the Gospel according to how Jesus commanded us to do, without compromise or selfish cravings for seniority.

I have mentioned in the past that I usually shy away from discussions concerning Theology on social networks for they usually turn out to be disasters and division baiting sessions that only prove denominational or secular beliefs that no party is willing to separate from.  As I scroll through some of these discussions I cannot help but wonder why the Church has lasted this long for the doctrinal settings of many people is just plain false and lies from the pit of hell.  It pains my spirit to read such atrocities that Christians do to others in order to prove their point as being correct, yet while doing so totally step foot into worldly values and ignore Biblical timelines as their backing and foundation for such acknowledgments.  It frightens me to come to the conclusions that Jesus’ Church and future bride does not have a clue about the simple message of salvation or why Jesus even came to the earth much less if we can fulfill God’s Laws or not.

While trying to figure out if a human can truly fulfill God’s Laws should be a “no brainer” but because the Church has skewed God’s Word for her selfish ways, this truth has fallen in the section of heresy that is now rampant inside church walls or it is not even considered to be a truth at all.  Why is this so difficult a position to face and to accept, it is because our societies today – and in the past – have always done their best to prove that God is not who He says He is and have done an excellent job at promoting such lies.  When people do not truly believe God is all everything they cannot understand what is actually occurring around and through our existence.  I must admit that there have been times in everyone’s life and in mine that I struggle to comprehend who God is and just how big He is.  When I do try and contemplate His existence for any length of time, my mind aches for I reach a certain point and I cannot go any further for my mind cannot comprehend such vastness and purity at the same time.  When it is all said and done, I cry out for forgiveness because even though my mind tried to understand God’s presence I have subjected Him to a life of limitations and since God has no limitations my thoughts of Him do not and cannot fulfill His Laws.

In the book of Genesis, we have the first chapter that gives us a glimpse of the creation of the world and how God designed it.  Through this glimpse, we have an opportunity to imagine just how God operates in His eternal and pure light, one that provides light and knowledge to the entire world on a continual basis.  At the same time, we have a picture of how God rubs His eternal life giving process into the face of Satan by ordaining the first creative motion and from that moment forward everything that God sets into motion cannot go unrecognized.  By the end of Genesis Chapter 1, we have the entire world set into motion and God’s prized creations (us) are placed according to how God wants things to be evident.  It is at this point where many people will fall away for they struggle with the truth that God alone created all things and that only He has the capability to ensure this process for eternity, it also serves as the setting for the stumbling block for the topic at hand for if one cannot get passed this truth about God there is no way that they can believe His Laws either.

In Genesis Chapter 2 we begin to see the details about how God designed mankind and what God expected from them while they lived in the Garden of Eden.  We find that there are no iniquities in their lives, nor is there any type of animosity or pain that dwells within their dominion.  At this point, sin has not found a place of residence and it seems like Adam and Eve’s job that God commanded them to do, along with the single rule about a single tree was intact and had not been violated.  All types of communication with God were on a daily and direct level and the auricles of God were freely given to them as their walks and talks continued.  Perfect conditions both in the Garden of Eden and in the lives of Adam and Eve were set in place and up until this point, the Laws of God were intact, both on God’s side and on mankind’s side as well.

In this portion of humanity and our creation, we can honestly say that we fulfilled the complete Law of God for the Bible states this truth through Genesis chapters 1 & 2.  As long as Adam and Eve obeyed the single rule that God had issued and lived through and by this single rule all would be okay.  But at some point, Adam and Eve began to slack off in their upkeep duties of the Garden of Eden and as this dereliction of duty continued and increased an enemy who had been present all the time began to make his move on the couple.  As long as the couple did not eat of the tree and dress the Garden of Eden as they should, all would be okay but when one side of the rule was broken it automatically opened the door for the entire law to be disobeyed, thus establishing the reason as to why we cannot fulfill the Law of God.  Sin represents disobedience, and if our lives are born into sin then that means some huge drastic change occurred in order for this reality to now besiege our lives.  It is at this point also that many people have issues with because they cannot comprehend just how one couple’s disobedience caused all of the havoc that we face today, a procedural status that cannot be understood if you do not believe that God is everything on all sides either.  God is the beginning of everything; the definition of God is defined as the beginning and therefore represents faith and trust as the guiding force in this truth for our finite minds.

Genesis Chapter 3 contains a wealth of information that God has already shared with us and will probably continue to share with us because He continues to reveal such fruitful information about this chapter that further expands the concept of His Love for His children and the necessity of His Laws in our lives, and most importantly the reasons why we need to follow His Laws in order to survive.  As Genesis 3 opens we find a quick description of the serpent and how he is considered to be the most subtle of all the created animals and yet we find Eve having a direct conversation with him and from all appearances seems to not be afraid of his presence, which means she is comfortable about having a talking snake in front of her; a relationship if you will.  Even at this moment in our history, humans still have the ability to uphold and to fulfill the Laws of God for the sinful act and the specific action of the law given had not been broken, but the breach had occurred and our existence was now about to take a horrible turn.

As we see in Genesis 3:6 the conversation between Eve and the serpent is now on a “Theological” level and the serpent is now able to dictate the conversation through one simple question, a question that Eve fumbles with and tries to correct her words but in doing so kicks the ball forward with her words making the door of opportunity for Satan to snatch the covering of the Law of God from humanity.  Here we find Adam and Eve still in a purified, holy, and perfect creative state until this verse arrives and gives us details about what occurs when Eve then Adam agrees to eat from the tree.  It is here that the subtlety of the serpent is fulfilled in the lives of Adam and Eve and thus the fulfillment of God’s Law has been abolished.  It is also at this point that clearly defines the battle of eternal kingdoms that is ongoing in our lives as well and furthermore, it provides and proves the necessary information to stand upon that God’s Kingdom and Satan’s kingdom cannot be shared or mixed in any shape or manner.  For if these two eternal entities could exist together the Bible would end here and no further words written but since Genesis 3:7 is present, the proof is undeniable.

Genesis 3:7 is a single verse but one that proclaims so many aspects of our lives before sin entered into our lives and after this apocalyptic event occurred.  While the Bible does not give account to exactly what occurred in / on / over their bodies something drastically occurred for the Word of God to state what happened to them in verse 7.  The change is quickly evident to Adam and Eve for this verse states that they immediately recognize they are naked and then take steps to “correct” the matter according to what they believe is adequate.  It is this action taken by Adam and Eve that tell the story that humanity is no longer in complete accordance with God and His Laws because up until that moment where they ate the fruit of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil they had no concerns about what their appearance before God looked like or stood for either.  The point here is that if a human being is created in a perfect state with no ailments or adversities lying in wait inside their bodies and has direct access to their Creator and they decide to ignore the Law of God and do things on their own, then it is this redefining moment that takes us from the ability to obey and fulfill God’s Law automatically and completely and place us into a position of noncompliance and un-fulfillment on the same level as our creation.  But as this verse shows us, when mankind tries to complete the job of eternal covering themselves they (we) cannot do it at all and end up making throw away articles.

Here is a consistency of God moment that is important to remember.  We must never forget that eternity is not negotiable on any level and once we make up our minds to accept either way and our life ends, our eternal motion is then set into an irreversible pattern.  When Lucifer fell he sealed his fate for eternity and he can never return to his prior position in heaven. When we eternally set into motion our final destination we can never reverse that direction either, it too is sealed.  If God who had created Lucifer as the beautiful and powerful angel that he is and when he sinned against God was thrown out forever, what makes us believe that when we do not follow those same Laws of God that God will just up and change His status for us?  It is this verse 7 that also signifies that God is a consistent God and cannot change His ways for anyone or anything.

As Genesis Chapter 3 progresses we come to the realization that many things in the lives of Adam and Eve have changed and once they understand the consequences of their actions it would not be difficult to believe that their day was an overwhelming one.  But even after God had told them of the consequences of their actions He was not going to just end the conversation without some type of resolution, for as the paragraph above states God is a complete God and one who loves His creations with all of His heart so a plan was made in order with His Order in order for us to once again obtain this perfect status in His eyes and not the world’s.

This truth is displayed in verse 21 of chapter 3 when God’s Word states: “Unto Adam also and to his wife did the Lord God make coats of skins, and clothed them.”  It is this act by God that seals the deal when it comes to whether or not we are able to fulfill His Law after sin entered into our lives.  In verse 7 it states that when Adam and Eve’s eyes were opened they made coverings for themselves to hide their nakedness a process that they initiated and did, a way that two humans produced which were now subject to sin and death a total opposite of the condition that they had been created.  In verse 21 of the same chapter, we see that God has made coverings for them and gave the coverings to them to wear.  Now, this may look like the same type of setting for clothing, with a little bit of difference in material but we must understand that from the moment sin entered into their lives their dominion was stolen and they were no longer in complete and holy control of said dominion.  This means that they could no longer have authority to use such dominion as their haven, they had to work the land from now on.  God performs this act of covering for them which says, that He alone still can complete holy and pure tasks for He has not violated His promise of covering or protection for Adam and Eve.

It is through the actions of Adam and Eve in verses 3:6 – 3:7 that gives rise to the difference between holiness and sinfulness, thus forever changing the way we operate under God’s Laws.  Before Genesis 3:6 took place we were equal in holiness through our creation and thus composed the definition of we up until that moment but when Genesis 3:7 arrives a huge change has occurred and we are no longer in said holy ordinances with God or His Laws, thus providing the answer to if we can fulfill God’s Laws or not which is given in Genesis 3:21.  What God did in verse 21 is to give an example of His Covenant and what His protection means and how it operates, and just how important it is to live under those coverings.  See the coverings that God gave to Adam and Eve covered their bodies, which means they were on them and hid their skin from visual methods.  It also states that there is no way that mankind in our new state of life can or would ever be able to fulfill God’s Laws ever again and would always have the choice to once again live under God’s Laws with a protection over us or to simply ignore God and take our chances with the world just as Adam and Eve did.

God cannot live with, stand for, or even look upon sin and this truth is why God could not accept the homemade skins of covering that Adam and Eve made.  And if God could not accept this offering of covering by two humans, it really sheds some light about just why Adam and Eve’s son could not find favor in God’s eyes when he tried to sacrifice to God in his own manner as well.  God had no choice but to fulfill His own Law of sacrifice and covering inside the Garden of Eden before Adam and Eve left because if He did not then Satan could have ruled God’s actions as incomplete and not thorough enough to be deemed pure, holy and complete as God claims to be.  This act by God in verse 21 confirms that there is only one way to receive this eternal protection from Him, not 2 or 10 various ways but only One true way.

One may argue the fact that in the New Testament there is a passage in Luke 1:5-6 where it talks about a priest named Zacharias who was found to have kept all of the commandments and laws of God.  In verse 6 it gives specific details of his ways when it states: “And they were both righteous before God, walking in all the commandments and ordinances of the Lord blameless.”  But we must keep in mind one detail about our lives that while we shall never be able to overcome during our physical lifetime and that is the sin that our bodies harbor.  There can be no question that Zacharias and Elizabeth kept all of God’s Ways in their daily lives but the sin that lied within their physical bodies they could not overcome which automatically made them sinners in the almighty eyes and heart of God.  It is this detail that we must keep in mind that separates us from the life that Adam and Eve once knew from the one we live today.

When we are conceived in the body of our mother, it is a miracle that we survive this process alone for there are so many delicate reactions that have to take place in order for cells to form and then grow.  All is well when our egg and sperm join to make a single cell, then two cells and then four cells.  But a grave error occurs at this point in our growth process, a fifth cell appears and when it does the first cell created dies and then the multiplication table returns to its pattern.  It is at this point where sin rears its ugliness in our lives and binds us to the revelation and consequences of Adam and Eve in our lives, death.  This process of reproduction further issues our warrant of slavery to the world through our inheritance of death which has nothing to do with God but of our arch enemy Satan.  But even before Adam and Eve left the Garden of Eden God had shown them a way to redeem themselves in His eyes and while they could no longer live in equality with God the way that He provided them would allow God to see them as pure and holy before His eyes.

This is one of the reasons why Jesus said give to Caesar what is Caesar’s and what is God’s to God.  It is why God wanted sacrifices to come from a pure yet sinful heart, and why blood was used in order to fulfill this covering.  Blood is the essential component of our bodies that we cannot live without for if we do not have blood our life is over.  The importance of life depends on Covenant and Covenant is representative of blood.  Jesus understood the exact purpose of what God did in the Garden of Eden when He made the skins for Adam and Eve.  And like clockwork, we have humiliated this eternal and life giving covering the heave ho because we have marginalized its origins and meaning just as every historical society in our history did.

I read a story the other day about an employee of a certain well-known store chain that was fired after he had confronted people trying to shoplift from the establishment.  While this type of activity from the establishment may seem a bit overboard it serves its purposes for future adverse settings yet the entire systematic control seems a bit ludicrous especially for the person who was the recipient of the disciplinary action.  However, it is this type of ridiculous behavior that many who wish to keep God’s Laws operate and thus shows a lack of knowledge when it comes to the truth about how one should see God’s Laws.  God knows that there is no way possible that we can live within the guidelines of His Laws because sin is the root that drives our inner nature now and that is why He provided such a magnificent way of restoration in the Garden of Eden.

God has never once left us in any type of state that would not give us any direction other than what points to Him.  Yes, God’s Laws are important to follow and yes, God’s Laws should be administered to each individual’s life but they should not become a witness for subjection but of freedom.  Remember God is a consistent God and when He placed that single Law into motion in the Garden of Eden He did it so that mankind could continue to live in freedom and not be subjected to the sickness and disease of the world.  If we could not follow one simple Law back then what makes us believe that we can follow thousands now?  The only way to restore us into God’s eyes is for us to accept the truth that while God’s Laws are still in existence, there is no way possible that we can methodically obey every single one of them alone and enter into God’s presence with such ambitions.  Yes, it is VERY important and even vital to our eternal existence to follow these Ways as much as possible and to hide them inside our heart but they cannot become the driving force of our relationship with God because when they do then God becomes a religious figure and not the Figure of a Father that He desperately so wants from us.

The sacrificial procedure that God showed Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden is the final answer to any question this life brings, and it serves as the foundation of how to live for God in a relationship status.  We need to offer our lives up to God in a sacrificial manner every day that we draw breath and not just on occasion.  God meant for our relationship to be a daily meeting where we can converse with the Creator of everything without shame or blemish.  Humanity had this at one time but now it is hidden from us if we do not accept the Only Way back to God.  Church, where is your sacrifice and where does it come from?  Is your sacrifice a religious setting that finds no favor in the nostrils of God or is it representative of a daily recognition that we need God in our lives so much that we are willing to give up our own life to obtain such restoration?  It is time we forget that we can do this restoration process trying to obey God’s Laws alone for it shall not work.  It is the continual and meaningful relationship with God, from our hearts, that will suffice as the initiative for our restoration process.

There is no way that we can rid our lives of sin while we walk this earth no matter how good we may look to the human eye.  God loves us very much and has supplied us with the perfect opportunity to understand His desires for our lives.  Eternal placement is of the utmost concern to God and He does not wish for anyone to die and be separated from Him for eternity.  God’s Laws are tough and should be adhered to as much as possible without them becoming a religious symbol of idolatry in our hearts, but we must realize that even if we are able to follow every law that God has given there is no way possible that we can bypass our sin to reach this perfect state ever again.  The blood of Christ and its protection as the eternal sacrifice is the ONLY way that we can be seen by God as being holy and blameless again.  It is through living under the blood of Christ, through the obedience of God’s Laws with the heart of Christ that we will be seen as blameless and holy in God’s eyes.
